Your first visit will be an individual class with an instructor who will listen to your goals and introduce you to exercise on the Pilates equipment. In Colour
Serving the growing population of Mid-Canterbury and New Zealand at large, the Ashburton Art Gallery is a vibrant and growing cultural facility in the heart of Te Waipounamu (the South Island). With over 20 years of operating history, they are devoted to experimentation, innovation and engagement in art. Located on the first floor of the Ashburton Art Gallery and Heritage Centre on State Highway 1, the AAG is a place for everyone to enjoy and discover art. Parnell Farmers Market & Craft Harvest Market
Parnell Farmers' Market has been open, rain or shine, every Saturday from 8am to 12 noon since 2007. They do take a few weekends off over Christmas and New Year's! Craft Harvest shares the same principles as Parnell Farmers’ Market. While the two markets are separate entities, both offer an excellent range of high quality product, sourced locally and sold by the makers and producers themselves.

A fully enclosed off street car park and if you should decide on some last minute golf, no booking is required at the course and green fees are very reasonable.

Alliance Française
Teaching French to adults and children at all levels and a diverse programme of cultural activities throughout the year. Term classes run in 10 weeks blocks. As well as regular classes, a variety of special topic classes, language workshops (grammar and pronunciation), conversation groups and intensive classes available. Please note that we need at least 5 students to open a class.

The Old Tin Shed
Art Club for Grown-Ups is an amalgamation of a few different formats. It is a combination of previously run Sip 'n' Splatters, Ladies Nights, and a bit of Kids' Art Club activities thrown in for good measure. Come every week, once in a while, or just as a one-off. You can start a project that runs over a number of weeks or try something new every week. You'll have an opportunity to learn about different artists and techniques and you'll have access to lots of fun materials.
