Jobs for Mums

Nationwide, Online
All year round

Connecting talented women with forward-thinking employers offering flexible and remote work, part-time and school hours.

Jobs for Mums exists to help workplaces nationwide catch up to the demands of modern family life. This is important because the choices companies make today will be reflected in the New Zealand we see tomorrow. They are doing this by creating NZ’s first digital marketplace that connects forward-thinking employers with parents looking for flexible work. There are many ways for employers to be family-friendly, from offering flexible work arrangements, working from home, additional leave and more. They also provide advice, guidance, and support for those looking to return back into the workforce.
