So many classes across three creative spaces. Art for wellbeing with creative ways to explore mindfulness for self reflection, expression and connection with others through the arts. Classes introduce and develop skills in mindful art making, self-reflection and connection, using art as a process rather than a finished product. ‘Arts & Crafts for 55+’, ‘Mature Movement for 55+’ where you get to respond to the changing artworks around you in beautiful Eastside Gallery and provocations for guided improvisation.
