Waimea College Adult and Community Education aims to offer a wide range of interesting, educational, fun and affordable courses to members of their community. The classes are for adults (over the age of 18 years), but there are some exceptions. They are very pleased that you are considering participating in further education and learning. What better way to meet like-minded people and enjoy an evening or Saturday workshop. ‘Put a little class in your life!’

Are you not exercising? Are you struggling with your health and fitness? ​Are you limiting your life because of your fitness? ​Does your fitness make you feel disappointed or guilty? Have you given up even trying because you think you will fail? Does this area of your life make you feel embarrassed? ​Have you just accepted that you will always be unfit? Get up to Five is an 8 week group training programme with 3 x group sessions each week. The coaching team guides you through each session as you follow the Get up to Five programme.
