Inversé Fitness’s aim is to change the way you think about working out. They offer alternatives to a regular workout, from boutique Pole Fitness classes, to unique Bootcamps and Personal Training sessions. Consider a beginners class, which is designed to teach you the basics of pole in an environment where everyone is in the same boat as you. It is a great way to meet new people and try something that may be a bit out of your comfort zone, whilst getting fit and having fun. The hardest part is turning up. Check their timetable to book.
