New to yoga ?
Eastwest recommends starting with a beginner’s course, which they offer every three months, a hot class (dynamic) or a yin class (relaxing). Drop them an email for an update on the next beginner’s course. Though they vary in style, all the classes share a common goal: to teach you the skills to focus the mind, support the body, and connect with the breath. It’s the art and practice of presence, and their job is to lead you there. See you on the mat.

Whether you use this night as a space to make a friend, explore new practices, or simply to get out of the house, they have you covered. Focusing the mind takes effort, and practising side by side can help to build the energy you need. They invite you to stay a while after class – have a yarn and connect.
