Clae

Christchurch
All year round. Bookings essential

Clae is a ceramic studio housed in a fabulous vintage warehouse that embraces all good things pottery.
Sisters, Tatyanna and Natasha have set up a special space that combines pottery classes and bespoke local products.  Play with Clae!

In the large light infused studio you can take a variety of classes that use sustainable materials and methods with the aim to produce unique locally infused objects to love. Experienced tutors will lead you through a series of classes in a warm and welcoming environment with ease and success. With one off classes, in just under 2 hours they will help you make practical ceramic items that have a hint of the local in them. No experience is necessary but you should bring along an apron, mask, a hand towel and some creative energy! The classes are hugely popular. Bookings essential. Kitsets for home and gift cards also available.
