Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong

Regular group classes to a maximum of 4 people per class at Torbay. A good way to learn the forms with a variety of warm ups and add on Qi Gong exercises. Covering the basic principles but the main focus of these classes is to learn and practice the general choreography of the forms. Terms are between 10 and 12 weeks long. Can be group lessons or private. Introduction to Qi Gong workshop is also available. Contact for more details. Check out his Shepherd’s Leap (Salto del Pastor Canario) videos!
