Art Yoga

Auckland, Online
Occasional

Art and yoga gives you the strength and the courage to reconnect with your inner space, explore your creativity and expand self-awareness.

A variety of offerings include ‘Meditative Art’, which combines the benefits of mindfulness training within the structure of a therapeutic framework. ‘Art & Tea’ is a workshop which allows seniors to get involved in art projects and mindfulness practices. The intention of this course is to offer a creative way to connect with others, to help reduce the feelings of isolation and loneliness. You don’t need to have any artistic talent! Participants talk of the value to their mental health and wellbeing. Self guided online options are also available to safely support your wellbeing from the comfort of your own space.
