Classes are divided by levels, and based on a student-centred approach, with each student’s personal needs, strengths, and goals informing the way that the curriculum is taught. Each class is 1.5 hours long and includes warm up and mobility exercises, work on the apparatus (silks, straps, lyra), conditioning, and cool down/stretching exercises.
