Classes are varied and cater for different levels of fitness. They are not designed to be complicated – they want you to achieve your goals and feel successful, but most of all have fun. Yes, you will be working out as well, with the power of music transporting you to another place, nourish your soul, take your mind off daily troubles, sing, unwind and just let loose!

Zumba Gold classes cater for the active senior (from 55 years) and are lower intensity, while other classes welcome all ages and fitness levels. Bowka and barre classes available.

Are you not exercising? Are you struggling with your health and fitness? ​Are you limiting your life because of your fitness? ​Does your fitness make you feel disappointed or guilty?
