Altitude Pole Takapuna aims to make a positive impact in your life in as many aspects as possible. Check out the moving testimonials online for a sense of what the classes can offer you. The studio features two pole rooms. The main room features 9 poles, equipped with fun lighting, an awesome sound system and large mirrors. Perfect for fun classes that will make you forget you’re even doing a workout! The second room is for aerial yoga, stretch and aerial fit. It’s a calming space for you to stretch, relax and treat your body to some upside down fun!

Rongoā Māori

A series of practical workshops for Rongoā Māori - Traditional Māori Medicine. Workshops are taught in the bush in a supportive and encouraging environment for both Māori and non-Māori participants. All workshops are run over a weekend and are held in the ngahere (forest). The aim is to teach people how to identify the plants used for rongoā, where to find them, and how to collect them and the tikanga (customs) that must be followed.
