Your local Film Society is a link in New Zealand’s only alternative non-profit network of film exhibition. As a predominantly voluntary organisation, the Film Society plays an important role in bringing a diverse range of international films to this country’s screens. The 2022 season ranges from Robert Altman, Scandanavian films, Utu: Redux as well as classics like Raisin in the Sun and In the Mood for Love.
