Mana collaborates with some of the best local and international teachers to bring you a diverse retreat schedule filled with mind, body and soul goodness. From yoga, dance and singing to mindfulness and silence, there is something for everyone. Browse the event schedule and take that well-deserved time off that you are looking for. Modest and comfortable lodges include shared rooms with single beds. Most rooms are twin share and are allocated same gender. A limited number of rooms with double beds for couples and a few single beds available in the main centre building. Bookings essential.

Disability bedroom & bathroom facility in main centre. Lacto-ovo vegetarian buffet – breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special dietary catering for gluten free, dairy free & vegan on request. Absolutely no meat, drugs or alcohol on the property.

Mana is situated 20 minutes south of Coromandel Town, and is a two-hour drive from Auckland or Hamilton. We recommend that you take a moment to find the most sustainable and suitable travel option for your budget and time.

Rongoā Māori

A series of practical workshops for Rongoā Māori - Traditional Māori Medicine. Workshops are taught in the bush in a supportive and encouraging environment for both Māori and non-Māori participants. All workshops are run over a weekend and are held in the ngahere (forest). The aim is to teach people how to identify the plants used for rongoā, where to find them, and how to collect them and the tikanga (customs) that must be followed.
