Suitable for everyone. Their weekly online meditation classes are the perfect opportunity to take a break from your busy daily life, increase your inner peace, happiness and wellbeing, and experience the benefits of meditation for yourself. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a Buddhist mindfulness teaching to help solve daily problems and find happiness. This class is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who wish to improve their understanding of meditation and Buddhist wisdom.

Also an upcoming in person course, ‘How to Stop Overthinking’, is coming up on Sat 5 November 2022, 9.45am – 1pm. On this course you will learn how to remain balanced, calm and clear, even in this busy world with all its stress and stimulation.

A series of practical workshops for Rongoā Māori - Traditional Māori Medicine. Workshops are taught in the bush in a supportive and encouraging environment for both Māori and non-Māori participants. All workshops are run over a weekend and are held in the ngahere (forest). The aim is to teach people how to identify the plants used for rongoā, where to find them, and how to collect them and the tikanga (customs) that must be followed.
