Ending Life Well

Online
All year round

This podcast series is the first of its kind in New Zealand. Created by the specialist palliative care team at Otago Community Hospice and supported by Hospice New Zealand.

Equipping and supporting this huge workforce of carers – unpaid, untrained and in unchartered territory, is one of their most important roles as a specialist provider. In 2021 they recognised that while Hospice cares for those with complex palliative needs, there are many others out there without direct access to their skilled specialist team.

This series provides reliable advice and information for carers who may not have the time or the headspace to read online resources available to carers. It’s also specifically built around particular challenges when looking after someone who is dying and the complexities that can arise. Available on all good podcast services or the link.
