Longer Leaner Stronger. Come in for an hour of power and ‘me time’. Walk out feeling invigorated.

Sessions at Core + Co studio are personalised and individually tailored, whether one on one, semi-private (as a couple, or with a small group of friends) or in a group class. The small sizes of the classes ensure that clients get a level of attention that is second to none. Pilates and Garuda classes involve the use of your own body in space (kinesthetic), as well as the use of various small equipment in a modern, clean and friendly environment. Group classes are a fun and challenging way to experience Pilates, Garuda Barre & Garuda Graha (brick). They offer a range of classes from beginner to intermediate level, catering for all ages and fitness levels, pregnancy and post-natal. Both Pilates and Garuda methods offer ideal cross training opportunities to support your current exercise regimes. Men’s classes also. Bookings essential.
