The class is all about building confidence and learning the techniques of a professional chef. This is the most popular class in the range. You will learn all the different types of cuts, how to hold a knife, how to safely use the knife, how not to cry with onions and so much more. They will finish or start the class with a minestrone soup prepared by the chef which contains the different styles of cuts used in the class.
