Check the class schedule

You don’t have to be experienced to do Hot Yoga or Pilates. You just need to come ready to sweat and transform your life

All classes are suitable for beginners and all different fitness levels so come in and get ready to sweat and transform your life in the best possible way. You can choose from a variety of class times to fit into your schedule — no need to book — just turn up and sweat! Work at your own pace, sit down if you need, do what you can and come back and try again! Hot Pilates is for everyone looking to burn calories, build long lean muscles, get fit, not to mention a pretty tight booty and killer abs. It strengthens muscles, boosts your metabolism and burns calories, all without the pounding of a high impact workout. For something different try a Yin class: a slow-paced style of yoga consisting of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body — the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine — Yin is the perfect balance to other ‘yang’ styles of yoga.
