Welcome to Achel Bikram Yoga Auckland and Inferno Pilates
Achel Bikram Yoga Auckland has four experienced Bikram Yoga instructors on staff, with 3-6 classes running a day between Saturday and Thursday. Bikram hot yoga is a series of 26 postures (asana) and two breathing exercises (pranayama), designed to promote total wellbeing through stretching and strengthening every system of the body in our heated studios. Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a heated room. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
