Licensed to splatter!
Paintball continues to be one of New Zealand’s fastest paced leisure activities. The paintballs are made of round, thin skinned gelatine about 1.5cm in diameter and filled with brightly coloured vegetable dye. They are non-toxic, non-acoustic water soluble and biodegradable. The paint rinses out of clothing in a normal wash and off skin with soap and water. When a paintball tags a player, the thin gelatine splits open and the liquid inside leaves a ‘paint’ splat! Games include ‘Capture The Flag’ and ‘Nerf Wars’. Even a mobile service is available where they will come to you. Burn off some steam. It’s always interesting to see who is most competitive. What a blast!
