Small classes where you can learn aerial yoga
Start with a one on one (or bring one other friend along) for an hour’s tutorial on how to get comfortable in the aerial hammock. You will be doing stretches and inversions (if you are comfortable with these). Without the pressure of a full class, you will get the focus and attention you need. Then move on to ‘Aerial Yoga Release & Restore’ which is designed to improve mobility, restore tired muscles from injury and aid sports recovery. The 60 minute slow flowing class is specifically designed to increase body movement and release muscle tension. This technique also features full body inversions.
